Shipping policy

VALENTINE TINCHANT delivers within Europe.

We offer free shipment for orders above 250 in Europe. Pick up in the Atelier in Antwerp is free of charge.

Deliveries

All orders are dispatched by privates carriers.

All orders accepted before 3pm GMT will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Please note this can take longer during special periods as sales or Christmas when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

Custom-made pieces can take up to 2 weeks.

We don’t process or deliver orders during weekends and national holiday. Every order placed on Friday after 3pm GMT, Saturday, Sunday and national holiday will be processed on the following working day.

We can’t be held responsible for delay due to the weather, mistake from the delivery service.

Tax & duties

All products are submitted to Belgium VAT of 21%. The VAT is included in the prices displayed on the webstore.
