Returns

You have 14 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your item(s).

We only accept return for items new, unused with brand and security tags attached.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

How to return your purchase: 

1. Contact us by email to receive a return authorization
2. Send back the package with the carrier of your choice. We advise you to have a tracking number when sending back an item as we are not responsible for lost packages.

We offer second shipping in case of exchange.

Refund

You will be refunded on the bankaccount you payed with. Refunds take maximum 3 working days from the moment we received your package but it can take 10 working days for you to receive the money on your card or bank account, depending on your bank.
